Order not fulfilled and not refunded.

I ordered a monitor on 6 March and it was never delivered. I also didn't get refunded after I eventually cancelled my order. For weeks and weeks, every time I messaged them to check on my order, I was told it would be shipped in the next few days but that never happened. I got tired of being messed around and cancelled the order, but to this day I still haven't been refunded. I checked my order on their website just before writing this review and it's still "Processing", as it has been since 6 March.

I bought from them because of their low prices, but too late I wondered how a small company like this that I never heard of before can sell items for around 25% less than most well-known online retailers and stay in business.
