Non delivery of purchase

Purchased a monitor from them at a real bargain price, initial communication was excellent. Funds were transferred into their bank account and received email that payment was received and item would be shipped. Queried the non delivery a while later no communication received back. As I have their bank account details I am in communication with their bank, if you have also not received delivery and communication has stopped I suggest you do the same.
