No service from TECH GLOBAL

To whom it concern:

I found TECH GLOBAL on Facebook advertising LTE Wifi Internet services. Logged a call on there online page to call me. The responds was quickly and the sales executive manager called me and i explained my needs for Internet services. I send him my GPS Location for my home and he quickly respond to me that TECH GLOBAL will be able to give me a service and it will be MTN Sim card that i required. He explained to me the process of payment and that i need a LTE Router and send me a quote for both the router as well as to register on there side. The next call i received was from the MD of the company and said that they see my payment and the sim card will the send with courier services to my location. When i collect the sim card it was a CellC sim card and not a MTN as indicated from Sales Executive. I had to buy the router as specified from them. So when i tried to connect it was not working at first. I then took the router to another area and then it worked fine. When i chat to one of there online consultants she told me that the area where i'm staying does not have CellC coverage. As from then i could not managed to to talk with any of there management and the MD looks like blocked my number when i tried to phone him. Not by mail nor by phone can i get hold of them. They just ignored me flat. The MD ones responded that they will give priority to my problem and unto today no communication from them. I can see the sim card is also down now due to a new month but i did not even managed to talk to them how the monthly payment forward is going to work because you can not get hold of them.
