No Lte services

Lte service down. And unable to get hold of them. Called number on Website no luck. Called manager phone just keeps ringing. Send mails and open a chat on Facebook message still no reply. My issue with tech global will be an experience I will never forgot. Got my sim service was only working for 3 days then nothing sim dead. Called them I was advise that the wrong package was activate and the change will go in month end had to wait 7 days with internet. After 7 days internet was live again. I thought my problem are over now I can start enjoying there product. Then Boom!!! For a whole month every day the same time after work. My speed was only 1.2 mbps. Now today no internet at all. Why is it so difficult to get hold of tech global. Very unhappy customer.
