No Customer Service AT ALL!

Wish I could give less than 1 star, but alas. Not a great experience I had with this company, sent numerous emails to RICA my sim, which only got ignored, as if I did not type it in the email at all, now the sim is dead and I do not have any internet connection. Was offered a redund for yesterday if the sim was still not working, I then asked for the refund and it all went quiet, no reply no nothing. And please do not accuse me of slander Tech Global, there is a reason why I do everything on email and no telephonic conversations. I hope this matter will be resolved asap.
