My money is gone, no product, no correspondence

I ordered a Mecer inverter for R6399. They have never sent the product nor refunded me. They have no number or address on the website. They do not respond to emails. It seems like they will never send the product or refund me. I have opened a case with SAPS against them. Please beware.
