Loss of communication and no delivery expectations.

I placed and order with Tech Global on-line and made payment. I received my notice of payment received, and a tracking number. The delivery date was 7 days, but the order remained 'prossessing' after which I enquired with Dave. Since then I have had no further communication after sending multiple requests, and I have not received my order to date. I have also now been blocked on Facebook.
