Livid customer wanting his PS5

Honestly, I'm so disappointed in this company, ordered a PS5 on the 2nd of September, as of today 11 September, they won't reach back to me, and my order just says processing, like why **** a person like this, not trying to rectify the situation nor giving clearance for a worried customer. I'm livid at this point and let's hope I might get a refund or get my product.
