Lack of service

My name is Debbie WEBBER.TECH GLOBAL You have blocked me on my facebook page so I cannot comment or inbox you.l have made enquires as to why our package has not been delivered yet even though payment was made and we were told it would be with us within a week. Emails have been ignored and phone calls aren’t going through. We have cancelled our existing contact and am now sitting without anything. Your customer service is just unacceptable. Please Dave I expect a response as soon as possible. I used my daughters Facebook page to get them a message and now she too has been blocked
