Internet buyer beware

On 15 March I ordered and paid for a 1 Kva Inverter with a Lithium-ion battery and on 17 March I ordered and paid for a 2 Kva Inverter and Lithium-Ion battery. In following up on 22 March regarding the delivery I was told "expected to be going out from our end tomorrow". Since then nothing. All my follow-up emails were ignored and my conversation on the Website messenger bot suddenly stopped too. I have reported it as ***** to my bank and I've opened a ******** ***** case with SAPS.
