Horrible service

Order my PS5 on the 29th of August, took more than a week to get the status from Processing to Couriered but have been waiting 2 days for a tracking number. Everytime I ask someone, they just say it will be given shortly but nothing as yet.

I keep getting vague answers and responses of when it will arrive but still nothing. And the chats from the site just went dark all of a sudden.

Seems I'm not the only one who has had this experience and I'm starting to think they disappeared with my money...
