Goods paid for not recieved after a month

We have paid R16 000 to Tech Global for a PC on the 22 of February 2022. As of 22 March 2022, we have not yet had a response and our mails are being ignored. We are a struggling small business and simply cannot afford this. We really hope to hear from them soon.
