Bad customer care and communication

I made a purchase last week of a PS 5 and I can't seem to access a place where I can contact someone regarding my purchase, there is no contact number but only an email address which is barely attended to; I mailed to follow up on my order and received one response from a guy by the name of "Dave" , now my emails are being ignored and I'm starting to really get worried. This company is honestly confirming one's fears on e-commerce and giving the tech world a bad reputation.
