1kW 100Ah Mecer Inverter not delivered yet since ordered 14 July !

1kW 100Ah Mecer Inverter not delivered yet since I ordered 14 July ! They confirmed order received through messenger On 22nd they confirmed through messenger ,after follow up message from me, that "order is ready and packed and is getting picked up at 1pm " ..and that I can track it from there. 28 July I followed up through messenger with them again after confirming Tracking message on their website states "Order Couriered". I received auto response that they will respond soon. NO RESPONSE since then received , NO order received YET All I want is for a response to be given , and order to be delivered so I can re-evaluate this rating more positively!!
