Sick and tired of TCS wifi/The computer shop /Knysna

I am so flipping dumbfounded by my wifi provider and disgusted! Today is the 14th January 2020! I have been struggling to get a constant wifi connection since last year February 2019 and every week and nonth since last year feb i have called TCS to come and look at my wifi cause its slow and everything is hanging and freezing and then i must start my router and try again, so eventually the technicians came and said the router is faulty, they replaced the router,, done a couple settings on the computer and said ok now the wifi is ready and fixed, week down the line, same flipping problem, technicians must have been at my house 9 times, and every time they say ok they have done a couple settings, the wifi will be fixed now, today the 14the of February i am still struggling to get a secure line and i am paying R880 for a 4mbps line uncapped, unthrottled, unshaped no fair usage for something that doesn't serve its purpose! I would like all my money back since last year February as this wifi were just a ***** up from the start! I am sick and tired of struggling and calling and texting the support team i want to puke! This is one of the worst wifi providers i have ever had in my life! Back in the free state i had breedenet with no problems! Hello Peter, please sort this people out
