TCS poor service

I have been having problems with TCS wifi for the past few days up to a week without any satisfying results. Since i have been with them I have experienced multiple issues regarding my internet connection. The feedback via sms complain line does not help and they haven't pitched to check my connection physically and I'm wasting my airtime trying to complain everyday. I'm frustrated beyond. (The Computer Shop) Poor service delivery.
