Worst insurance ever,

Very ***********. I had a problem with making payments for my dad who has had the policy for almost 20 years. When I contacted them they said that he did not pay the premium in 2010. That's funny, so how did he claim for my mom's death in 2013. From 2013 I had been making payments on his behalf paying 2 to 4 months in advance. Today the said that the policy lapsed. There is not communication from them when payment is due which Hollard use to send a month in advance reminding you. This is no longer the case. I am very disgruntled as I feel that TBFS is just a money making scheme who are making millions off the old people
