THE WORST POLICY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.
Why don't they just tell people the truth? i'm starting to believe this policy is a **** and they take advantage of the elderly hence they target them to join and our poor mothers and fathers always pay in time shame.
My mother passed away in May and till today we haven't received the money. That time i was the one sent to PEP sore to pay the policy every month without fail. till today when we ask for a follow up after submitting all the requested documents, we are given a run-around! I Think people should be warned about TBFS because WOW!...
