The worst funeral society

So far, we've had the worst experience with this so-called "best funeral society". Best? What a joke. My father, who has since passed and must be buried on the 5th of April 2025, had a policy with this society. Now they're giving us the run around instead of the paying the agreed upon insurance amount. We've submitted all the required documents and have been asking for an update on when will we receive the funds to buy much needed stuff but no one has an answer. Twice that I've called today (02/04/2025) with promises of a call back but nothing. Utterly disappointed and I can confidently say that it is not "The Best", nor are its people competent. They're rigid and can only operate within a box. No empathy, sympathy or even an ounce of compassion. Maybe their agents cannot comprehend spoken language, at least that is not scripted. I wish there was an even lower score I could give. You suck. Safe to say I will not be taking over that policy but you Will pay.
