THE BEST FUNERAL SOCIETY A.K.A THE WORST FUNERAL SOCIETY

I have been a loyal member of the The BEST Funeral Society for the past 16 years . Maybe they need to change their trading name to The WORST Funeral Society. I am so appalled by one of their 2 values:

1. Innovation "Real solutions for real problems": We need to understand our clients and providing real solutions to their needs.

2. Performance “Get it right, first time, on time" Know what you do, do it properly and deliver it on time. Continuously improve all that we do, measure what is important and strive for excellence.

These 2 values that they claim to uphold are in contrary to their service. For almost 5 years I have been overpaying my monthly premiums on my existing policy. On the 16 April 2019 I submitted a claim for refund and all the necessary documentation was promptly submitted by my former Payroll Office.

However I have been getting vague updates on the refund. The last person I spoke to Mr Rooy Pillay confirming the refund is at Auditing phase. It was confirmed that auditing process might perhaps 2-3 weeks for the refund to be effected.

As a loyal client of the so called The BEST Funeral Society I feel so violated of my rights as a loyal client. I am even hesitant to continue my subscription with The BEST Funeral.

THE BEST FUNERAL SOCIETY PLEASE EFFECT MY REFUND.
