Terrible service from TBFS

The service is entirely poor, we submitted the claim documents but Nombulelo Pisane keeps on taking us back and forth claiming that there's outstanding documents, their call center promises to call us back but no call was received. These people are so unprofessional and have no remorse. It has been a week since we lifted a claim and our claim has not been processed. To the best funeral society You guys are genuinely pathetic.
