TBFS it's a ****o

This burial society take people for granted, I was a member for nearly 10yrs and my son passed away but they couldn't burry him and my claim was settled after I involved a lawyer and i then cancelled the policy last year July 2023, I discovered that they are still deducting my money 14 months after cancellation and with a cancellation letter. I demand they return my money and they only paid for one month I am still fighting for my refund. Tbfs it's a **** I was made to join it by my Union at work clearly they don't deserve any support because they don't care about their members. Don't ever join them useless TBFS...
