My son passed away andhe was on my policy and we were not using same surname so they said I should provide affidavit which I did, after a day of calling they said I should send affidavit from the mother saying he is my son which she did and still no payout when I call they said they cannot pay because I didn't apply for leave days at work for them to see that iam going to bury my son. So I have to borrow money from some where. I only submitted the claim late because we didn't have the documents since my son and her sister died in a shack fire and all their belongings were burnt and we have to apply for all documents to get B1 and death certificate. I regret joining tbfs and is also a warning to others not to be fooled by their African colours on their logo they they just cannot honour their obligations.
