TBFS IS THE WORST OF THE WORST

WORST OF THE WORST!!!! My mother opened a policy with their agents and I'm the one paying for it. My aunt died and I've submitted the necessary documents on my mother's behalf on the 29th of March but it's the 05 of April now and they are telling my mother to wait for a document they are still drafting and she needs to take it to court. Mind you the funeral is in 3 days. My mother and I have called and emailed them multiple times. Then the complaints manager refused to speak to me because of the Popi act even though I was communicating with her through email with permission from the policy holder. I will be canceling all my mother's policies with them. So save yourself the grief and your money and go elsewhere
