TBFS Claims team not helpful

I submitted a claim n the 18 of June 2026, I had to call and them to find out where the claim was and only then I was advised of additional documentation, we already had the funeral service, yesterday I had to call them again and only then I was advised I need an affidavit cause they dont accept a birth certificate, I sent the Affidavit and called them again and was advised I need to wait 48 hours, I had to go take a loan even though I had a policy in place.
