TBFS A FAILURE FUNERAL COVER
Just a warning that if you are looking for a funeral cover TBFS should not be a cover to consider. The scheme is a funeral group that I took with my employer with the expectation that when death rises in the family I will have suitable cover however when the insurable even occurred (death) TBFS looked for reasons not to pay . Which in turn means I have been paying all along for NOTHING. The staff is not emphatic nor is their communication sympathetic during a claim considering that their business in centered around funeral, loss and death of our loved ones.
Being the first time I claim, I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
I wish my group scheme cover was with another insurer.
