I just would like to say to the others that I am sorry for the experience that you had with TBFS, but in this 13 years I cannot complain about them. With all 2 my claims during the years I just had exceptional service from them and was paid out within the specified 48hrs after receiving my documents. I however send through refund forms today to their office and I hope that it will also be dealt with the same exceptional manner as they always did with my claims Policy ***
