Poor service
I app**** for funeral cover last week for myself and family, today I got sent a schedule that is completely incorrect including incorrect spelling of the insured. How is it possible to not follow what is on the application form?? Apparently it’s been escalated but your agents aren’t trustworthy, spoke to four already and emails are not responded
