Very bad customer service from TBFS. It has been two weeks since I have lodged my claim and to date no payment has been made. After numerous emails and calls no sense of urgency has been given to my claim. Ntombi Khumalo, Azola and all the call center agents who worked on my claim do not know what they are doing there. Premiums goes up but the cover remains at a fixed amount.
