Disappointing and ****ty service
My mom did a claim about 3 weeks ago and some lady called and requested that she send a copy of bank statement. She sent it and was promised it would not take 48hours after the bank statement. NOTHING happened after that. We have been trying to call but no one answers. We also tried to send emails but they are not getting answered. Talk about some really ****ty service.
