Death claim

I had a policy with this company which I took while working for Hollard Now after a while Hollard closed the branches in port Elizabeth and we lost work Now fast forward my brother passed away and I make a claim the policy was outstanding for two months but was still active I did my claim but unfortunately I received the worst service whereby they said they will decline my claim and gave me reason that I know are totally unfair because I work for insurance and I know when a policy is still active you can get your claim I let that go than unfortunately my cousin passed away due to accident I sent through the documents yet again but still no response on getting my claim I’m at the point where I am telling people that this company is *****ing people money and making us go through tough times while we supposed to be burying our loved ones this company is full of ****** and *****s
