Claim unpaid

I had the worst experience with TBFS I had a policy with them and I was paying my premiums all the time i than lost my brother and when I tried to claim I was told that they do not pay claims if you missed premiums from a rude rude lady in claim dep after losing my brother I lose my cousin in a accident now because I know that any policy states that when you lose a person over accident you are entitled to your claim amount but I received nothing from this company I lost two family members and they never assisted me at all worst insurance ever
