CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE AT THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS

This company does not deserve any stars, trying to get hold of them is like trying to draw water from a stone, their numbers don't work at all I cant even contact someone at any of the numbers I have been given. I have been trying to phone this company for days now so that my mother can speak to them to ensure that her details on file is upto date, by they will gladly take her money every month, but to get someone to speak to is another mission, I am disgusted by the level of service from this company, its a pity that I cant change my mothers funeral policy to a much more reliable company than this, please get someone to send me a contact number where we can actually speak to a real person. I think you should change your companies name as there is nothing best about this company at all!!!!!
