Bad and poor service from Tbfs

Hi every 1 it seems to be true and real with comments of bad service provided by this company called Tbfs, not sure is their staff need sort of training interms of customer service or is it its hierachy lack of leader ship s**** and customer care , reason im saying this i have made a claim last week since then no update no one says anything to any1 even after few follow ups i have made to check status of my claim no1 bothers to respond to my mails for policy no 70027.

Initially i was informed im beneficiary later im told im not and few minutes later again im told i am , so seems to be lot confusion there from that company They hardly pickup calls should they do consider yourself lucky . As we speak still waiting from last week claim .my name is Ephraim
