Where are "the experts"?
So far I'm pretty unhappy with the communication on the Taxtim site. They say in emails as well as the website that you can "talk to an expert" only there is no way of contacting said expert.
I have a simple Q that an "expert" could answer in seconds, but instead here I am whining on Hello Peter

30 Jan 2023, 10:41Thanks but you know full well it does not take you to an expert you can ask a question of. It sends you to a page which gives an FAQ option and to an extra pay service.
ALL over your website it offers a "Chat" function, but it does not exist.
It falsely leads a person to believe that we can actually talk to someone when we have paid for a service, when really... you need to pay even more to talk to anyone.

The FAQ page is just a step in the process to see if the clients question has not already been asked which is 9 out of 10 times the case. This does speed up the process and helps us free up the help desk for users that can not find their question online. I am sorry for the frustrating process, we are working on making the customer journey a lot more clearer and simpler with the new website coming soon.
