What am I paying for?

I have been struggling for over 4 weeks with my return. Easy and convenient to submit but when an issue arises, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR ANY USEFUL COMMUNICATION!!! The bot is unable to assist and keeps referring me to FAQ's, "Complaints" link doesn't seem to be working and no contact number!

These guys rely on you not having any issues and i doubt there's any real service being provided here...
