Waste of money if there is mistakes on pre populated documents. No support. Just wasted 600 bucks on a service that I have to myself deal with Sars no support from taxtim.

Absolute waste of money. Do yourself a favor, pay 400 bucks more for a actual human. No communication, or support centre. I have so much issues I could just as well have done it myself through e-filing. I am probably on efiling more than tax tim at the moment. I have notified tax tim of a mistake made on tax return. No assistance to fix it with SARS. They say to me that I need to go to e-filing and I have to make amendments. I can not belief I have just wasted R600 and could see the problems in the same day! Please respond to me tax tim and help me to fix the return!
