Very confusing with no 'help' option

really confusing, I bought my tax voucher a while ago, but I can't find it, and NO TOOL TO COMMUNICATE WITH TAXTIM EVER. No support emails, no phone number, just robotic steps that are confusing. I regret wasting my money on this platform, will seek help from human tax experts it seems as can't trust a platform that doesn't even have an intercom or reporting channel.
