Useless app, I want a refund

Registered an account to file on my partners behalf and there were issues with the final submission. I wrote to them(You can't exactly email or call this darn company) and they sent him an action request, which he submitted. I tried to enquire about the next step but I couldn't because you can't reply to the email address and they think the Bot can answer everything. It cannot. Finally he submitted last night on his own and I want my money back. They're useless
