Thanks for nothing

Messed around last year by Tax Tim, and should have known better than to use them again in '22....They submitted my return a few days back and received an error message back from SARS, and have simply abandoned the case, advising me to contact them myself. I now cannot access my own e-filing profile either. What is the point of a service that can do a basic return (which you can do yourself really easily anyway) yet cannot resolve any errors or queries that may arise, simply abandoning the client, and locking clients out of my own e-filing? I have a large amount owing to me from SARS and simply cannot resolve it now due to Tax Tim. Thanks a lot ! Avoid !
