TaxTim unable to file IRP6, no help or refund
Paid R550 to file the IRP6 (provisional tax) with TaxTim. Have been stuck now for more than a week with the error message "TaxTim encountered a system error when trying to connect to your eFiling profile." I have sent many unanswered messages to their helpdesk for help or a refund.
So it looks like I wasted R550. I would recommend to others to rather use the TaxTim website for information, and to file directly via SARS e-filing without paying Taxtim.
