Taxtim taxes??

Try to contact them to removethem as my Tax Practioner, without sucsess. I am a pensioner with a small income and no assest and investments but big out of pocket medical expenses. With them i never received anything back and can not afford to pay them for useless execise. I can't do my taxes on efiling because they are skown as tax practioner. Thank you . J. C van Rooyen
