Taxtim not refunding

I keep requesting a refund after paying them for a service not rendered. Sars had already auto assessed me after I had paid taxtim. There is no way of contacting them. I have submitted on their website and they just ignore me flat. This is theft! I do not recommend as they will not respond not assist
