Taxtim no help.

I paid R349 to taxtim so that they can do a nil tax return for me for 2015 as I was unemployed during that year only to find out that I have to do it my self through e-filling. There is no way for me to reach anyone from them to assist me. Ever since I filed this year's return with them I cannot access the ITR12s from my e-filling so I am stuck and dont know who to contact to help me.
