Taxtim inefficiency and useless tactics

I just wonder why we pay Taxtim if you have to do the tax return by yourself and for any other queries, they cant get back to you. At times you need to speak to people rather than sending forth and back emails. I should have just accepted SARS auto calculations and never pay the R350 to TaxTim to help me.
