Taxtim does not deliver
Taxtim does not have a contact number and the force clients to go through the reform process but no one come back. I sent three requests for assistance no feedback.
The online interface is complicatedness I might as well do my own tax submissions as I did before on e-filing . Rather pay the tax penalties than struggle with company whom is will to take my money for the service they not doing.
Disappointed and frustrated
