Still awaiting refund

Thank you very much TaxTim for providing your online service which up till recently I have been happy with and have been actively recommending to others.

However, also being a Momentum policy holder I was told I would be refunded for using the service.

Please can you honour what was communicated to me on the 13th of November and refund me?

It is a difficult time economically for everyone and its never wise to sleep with another's food under one's pillow overnight.

I would appreciate your assistance.
