Sometimes all you need is a conversation to explain your situation - something Taxtim doesn't do well. I had a unique situation and could not get access to direct person to call or chat to, leading to incorrect filing that had me owing SARS when it shouldn't have been the case. Today I visited one of the SARS branches and I could finally explain my situation. They were able to reverse the faulty filing and cancel the debt. Never again Tax Tim!
