Service does not work. Information and advice is poor. Agent has caused more issues than resolving issues.

I have had such a poor experience with TaxTim. It is the first time wanting to submit a return with home office deductibles. I asked TaxTim questions and the generic copy and paste answers did not help at all. TaxTim now has technical issues with connecting to SARS and returns cant be submitted. TaxTim submitted the return manually when I clearly stated that I needed assistance and that the service was not working. The one lady when I complained that her action was wrong and not what was requested I got a snotty reply and still zero assistance. I have requested a refund as TaxTim have not only provided zero assistance they have filed the return when it should not have been filed. I have had to do all the work myself with zero assistance from TaxTim.
