Sars taxreturns : easy with efiling than taxtim when filing for income tax through salar only

Tried to file with Taxtim after paying R299 for a basic income (ITR2) tax returns and they said i owe SARS about R14000 after accurately inserting all my data, the seems to be an issue with their system since it was stuck on the process where i have to grant them access to my SARS efiling account, they never came back to me as their message suggest after granting them access, i then filed directly with SARS by my self on their efiling website, everything was already captured by SARS and i found out that SARS owes me about R4 400, i completed their easy and straight forward questions, within 4 days i got my money on my capitec account! i filed on Thursday and got my money on Monday, Use taxtim if you have complex tax returns to file but if your income is mainly from your salary, just file with the efiling system it's super easy and save R299 which is not refundable when the service is not rendered or slow.
